However, it should also be noted, especially during the installation process, that some precautions will be introduced below.

1.Air Start MotorThe main failure is the entry of dust, dirt, oily or watery dirty air, or other liquid substances into the motor, leading to unstable operation. When installing pipelines, clean the pipes and be careful not to let foreign objects such as cutting powder and sealing tape enter the pipes.
2. Changing the diameter of the air pipe is not allowed; only by ensuring sufficient air intake can the desired effect be achieved.
3. Install an oil-water separator on the intake pipeline to protect the gas start motor.
4. It is strictly prohibited to continue using after disassembly. The lack of spare parts can lead to pneumatic motor failure, which can more easily endanger the safety of operators.
5. Be careful when using, do not operate with issues, and do not throw, drop, slam, or perform other improper operations.
6. It is impossible to run at high speed for a long time without a load, which may shorten the service life of the pneumatic motor.
7.Air Start MotorWhen running at high speed, do not hold the driven object with your hand to avoid personal injury due to excessive speed.
8. Speed control and stability must be adjusted from the gas supply end, so that there will be no back pressure at the exhaust end.
9.Air Start MotorDuring operation, a gas source three-piece set must be installed, and the oil mist generator needs to ensure normal oil supply.
