We all know that the speed and torque can also be adjusted by installing a pressure reducing valve at the upstream air supply. When low-pressure air is continuously supplied to the motor and the motor decelerates, a very low torque is generated on the output shaft. At any time, the motor needs a supply pressure of 6bar. When the pressure is reduced to 5bar, the power reduces the throttle of the motor. 2. The air to be supplied to the motor must be filtered and decompressed. The directional control valve needs to supply air to the motor and rotate the motor when needed. Such valves can be pneumatically controlled, electronically controlled, or mechanically controlled. 3. If the motor is not used for direction rotation, the flow regulating valve can be installed in the air supply line to adjust the speed of the motor. If the motor is used for reverse rotation, the flow control valve with internal one-way function needs to adjust the rotation in each direction. Check whether the brake device of the pneumatic winch is intact. The brake belt must be intact and free of cracks, and the excess wear thickness must not exceed the limit. The surface of the brake wheel should be smooth and flat, without obvious groove marks, and no sludge; all bolts, pins, shafts, tie rod bolts and The back cap should be complete and complete. 3. Check the wire rope: it is required to be free from bending, bruising, knotting and severe corrosion, the diameter meets the requirements, the broken wire does not exceed the limit, it should be neatly arranged on the drum, and there is no serious biting or climbing phenomenon; the winding rope length shall not exceed The allowable rope capacity is stipulated; the hook of the rope end and the protective rope should be intact. 4.
