The pneumatic winch is a single-drum manual winch driven by a piston-type air starter motor. It is mainly used in metal mines, coal mines, construction projects, and other departments for transporting in mining areas or lifting heavy objects in oil fields. Due to its characteristics of small size, light weight, adjustable speed, convenient handling, and quick installation, the pneumatic winch is more suitable for underground operations in mining areas, such as scheduling at loading stations in shafts and working faces, transporting mine cars, and lifting tools and instruments in narrow underground passages.
Pneumatic WinchIt is a single-drum manual winch driven by a piston-type air starter motor. The pneumatic winch is mainly used for the transportation of materials in metal mines, coal mines, construction projects, and other sectors, or for lifting heavy objects in oil fields. Due to its characteristics of small size, light weight, adjustable speed, convenient handling, and quick installation, it is more suitable for underground operations in mining areas, such as scheduling at loading stations in shafts and working faces, towing mine cars, and lifting tools and instruments in narrow underground passages.
Pneumatic WinchUsing air as the power source, the winch operates by driving the drum through a piston air starter motor and a two-set internal and external gear transmission reduction mechanism to achieve winding. During operation, the pressure in the intake pipe is maintained at 0.6-0.7 MPa, and its main structure includes the pneumatic motor, gearbox, drum, and brake.
The supplied compressed air must be clean and dry. Generally, the compressed air used often contains a certain amount of moisture and dust.Pneumatic WinchDuring operation, these impurities often condense and adhere, or accumulate in the air starter motor's air duct, the inner wall of the cylinder, and the surfaces of other parts, making the parts prone to rust and wear, or causing the winch to operate slowly with insufficient traction. In this case, the pneumatic winch should immediately cease operation and can only be used after being folded and cleaned.
Especially in winter, water vapor often condenses into ice on the exhaust pipe, causing a certain degree of blockage in the pipeline, leading to slow operation of the winch, reduced power, or even failure to operate normally. To avoid the above adverse consequences, it is recommended to install condensation filtering equipment on the input gas pipeline without affecting gas pressure to ensure that the input gas is clean and dry. If an oil mist can be added to the input gas pipe, it will be more beneficial forPneumatic Winchlubrication.
It is very important to regularly lubricate the air starter motor, ensuring that the lubricating oil in the crankcase is at a certain oil level and that there is enough lubricating oil in the gearbox.
