First, in mines where heavy objects are often placed continuously, use electronic control with dynamic braking. If there is no dynamic braking and the brake needs to be lowered, closely monitor the temperature rise of the brake shoes. The high temperature must not exceed 120℃ to avoid causing high temperatures in the brake pads, reducing the friction coefficient, or even causing the brake pads to burn, which would affect the braking torque.
Second, when replacingPneumatic winchbrake pads, be careful not to replace all of them at once. Due to the small contact area, this will affect the braking torque. They should be replaced gradually, starting with the two brake shoes on the auxiliary brake, allowing them to work for a period of time. When the contact area meets the requirements, replace the other auxiliary brake shoe, which not only ensures work safety but also does not affect production.
Third, during construction, regularly check the reliability of the safety protection device of the pneumatic winch to avoid failures. Each work shift needs to check whether the safety valve operates reliably.
Fourth, thePneumatic winchoil pipes connecting the hydraulic station to the disc brake and the brake cylinder must not have air; otherwise, it will prolong the release time of the brake. The method for purging air is as follows: when injecting oil into the brake cylinder after installation, the oil pressure should not be too high, about 0.5MPa (5㎏f/㎝). Please loosen the exhaust port before injecting oil. Tighten the brake cylinder (but do not remove it). When gas overflows from the vent screw at a higher position and pressure oil is still flowing out, it indicates that the gas has been exhausted, and the vent screw can be tightened to complete the venting step.
Fifth,Pneumatic winchwhen the hydraulic station stops all operations (the oil pump stops and the safety valve solenoid is powered off), when restarting operations, the oil pump should be turned on first, and then the safety valve solenoid should be powered on.
Sixth, the safety braking deceleration cannot be too large; otherwise, it will affect the entire improvement system and may even cause rope breakage.
