WinchAfter installation, the lubricating components can be checked and adjusted before lubrication. Stop the no-load trial run, and after winding, stop the load operation, gradually load the excess load. Under standard voltage, the current is not an excess value, and the motor, reducer, and other parts do not overheat.
MiningWinchThe quality of the lubricating oil must meet the requirements and must not be mixed with impurities such as dust, dirt, and water. In other parts of the gearbox, gear oil or cylinder oil should be injected into the drum, with an oil quantity of 20 kg, and the oil quantity in the motor rotor bearing must not exceed two-thirds of the bearing chamber volume.
When refueling, carefully remove dust and dirt from the oil holes, and do not let the engine oil enter the internal components. After refueling, the oil plug should be tightened. The winch mining machine has a large thrust, high speed, and high safety. It has developed into a fully automatic heavy mining machine controlled by electronic computers. After running for 8-10 days, the new or overhauled pneumatic winch should change the lubricating oil to remove metal particles and fine debris worn during the transmission of parts and prevent further wear of the parts.
Under normal circumstances, the pneumatic winch should change the oil every three months. The temperature of the lubricating oil during operation should not exceed 80°C.
