1. This is usually caused by the long-term loosening of the end cover bolts of the pneumatic winch, which is actually easy to prevent. Any mechanical use during this process may cause the bolts to loosen due to rotation, vibration, etc. After the winch operates, you can check whether the bolts in the winch are loose, especially the anchor bolts. Loose anchor bolts can easily lead to safety accidents in our coal mine machinery. To solve the problem of loose bolt connections, please tighten the bolts.
2.WinchThe oil seal can be damaged due to long-term vibration. We can replace the new oil seal in time to solve these problems.
3. Due to the long-term overload operation of the winch and the heating of the machine, the sealing part of the winch will leak. Lithium-based grease is usually used in pneumatic winches, especially in lubricants thickened with 12-hydroxystearic acid, which has only two crossover temperatures.
1) Crossover temperature (i.e., from gel state to gel state), usually above 170°C.
2) Phase change temperature (i.e., from gel state to sol state) is usually above 200°C. Therefore, if the pneumatic winch is overloaded for a long time, the machine will heat up, causing the lithium-based grease to change to In.
