Introduction:
TMW9QD series turbine type air starter is a device for starting a diesel engine, and adopts compressed air as its power, including TMW50-B, TMW50-P, and TMW50-H etc. At present, the air starter is mainly equipped with 6200 and MAN2131diesel engines.
Features:
1.The driving parts adopts double impellers instead of vanes, fully utilizing air energy, with higher output power and higher efficiency;
2.Compact in size, light in weight, high rotation speed, high torque, capable to start with load;
3.Concise in structure, low maintenance, with no stickiness, swelling, wearing as vanes, free of lubrication oil and oil pollution harm to environment;
4.Stable under inflammable, explosive, outdoor, wet, damp and other extremely conditions;
5. The pre-engaged starting style ( output gears of motor and gears of diesel engines pre-engaged) makes the starting more stable and reliable.
