Product Introduction:
The TMW15QD series pneumatic motor uses compressed air as power to start the diesel engine. Currently, this type of air motor is mainly compatible with the 6270 series diesel engine; compatible with the German MAN2738 diesel engine.
Advantages:
1. No blades, the power part uses a double-acting impeller, fully utilizing the kinetic energy of the gas, with high output power and efficiency;
2. Small size, light weight, high speed, large starting torque, can start under load;
3. Simple structure, low maintenance, no issues of blade stickiness, expansion, wear, etc., no need for lubricating oil, reducing oil pollution;
4. Can work in harsh environments such as flammable, explosive, outdoor, rain-soaked, and humid conditions;
5. The output gear and the diesel engine gear ring achieve a pre-engagement starting method where engagement occurs before action, ensuring reliable and stable starting.
